Delivery terms

We use the delivery term DAP – Delivered at Place. This means that the cost and risk is on our account. Potential Duties and Taxes (outside the EU) will be paid by the buyer.

Drop off

You will always get a pre-advised message by mail or text message before drop off (depending on the information you have given us). If the Parcel or Pallet forwarder can not deliver due to no responding on site, there will be a second try next day or you will be advised to pick up the goods on your nearest pick up point.

Packaging

The responsibility of good and serious wrapping, not to hurt the goods belongs to the sender. Both for first route and for returns. The shipment is insured by Rekotex but still, everyone involved in the business want to avoid claims so we all do our best.

Lead time

Lead time will be diversified depending on demand and distance. We can handle worldwide shipments within 48 hours but prefer to use the standard services for most sustainable shipments.
